A place where every claim about AI and work points somewhere

Johanna Einsiedler just launched what the argument about AI and work has been missing: a place where every claim points back to a number on a page.

It is called the AI & Work Evidence Observatory, and it reads about 120 empirical studies through five questions. Does AI raise output? Who gains? Do the task-level gains reach the wider economy? What happens to entry-level jobs?

Every chart is built directly from the papers’ reported numbers, so each point traces to a specific result, and each result carries the verbatim snippet and page it came from - and the written summaries are drafted from those same records and reviewed.

So the next time someone tells you AI either changes everything at work or nothing, you can check which study they are standing on.
